Luxury vacation rental cleaning
for the Valley's finest homes.
Job 42 Cleaning Co. cleans one kind of property: expansive luxury homes, from four bedroom retreats to sprawling compounds, with resort backyards and finishes that demand a trained hand. Most cleaning companies have never set foot in a home like yours. We maintain a portfolio of them, turning the Valley's finest Airbnb and VRBO estates guest ready seven days a week.

A 6,000 square foot estate with eight bathrooms, a casita, a theater, and a resort backyard is not "a big house clean." It is a coordinated operation: multi person crews, stone safe products for marble and travertine, linen volume by the cartload, and staging to a photographed standard, all on a check-in deadline.
Estate Turnover Cleaning
A full reset after every checkout for luxury Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booked estates: every room back to listing photo condition, linens at estate volume, hotel grade staging, and completion photos in Breezeway. Same day check-ins handled when the calendar calls for it.

Services →Run by an estate inspector, not just a cleaner.
Before founding Job 42, Francisco managed sales and walked hundreds of inspections for luxury vacation rentals in this exact market. He has stood in the entryway of an eight bedroom estate as guests arrive, and he has read the review the morning after. That is the standard every Job 42 clean is inspected against.
- Trained on luxury finishes: natural stone, specialty glass, designer fixtures

Why the name?
Job 42 is named for a story of complete restoration, where everything that was lost is returned whole, and then some. Restoration is exactly what we do to an estate after every stay: not just cleaned, but returned to its best.
Restored to Perfection.
