When you submit a quote request or booking request, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property or trip details, and anything you write in the message field. We also use website analytics (Google Analytics) which collects standard usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source through cookies.
How we use it
Quote request information is used to contact you and prepare your cleaning quote. Homeowner introduction requests are used to connect you with the property management company we refer, and are shared with that company for that purpose. We may receive a referral fee if you sign a management agreement. Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third party advertising.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc., our form handling provider. Homeowner introduction requests are shared with the property management company we refer in order to fulfill your request. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics. Each of these providers handles data under their own privacy policies. We do not share your information with anyone else except as required by law.
Data retention
We keep quote and booking submissions as long as needed to serve you and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
