Job 42 Cleaning Co. was founded in Phoenix by Francisco, a licensed Arizona real estate professional with six years in the industry and years spent inside the luxury short term rental business.
Before launching Job 42, Francisco served as sales manager for a premier vacation rental management company, where he worked directly with owners of multi million dollar estates, trained agents, and coordinated the operations behind hundreds of guest stays. As a field inspector, he personally walked those estates before check-ins, holding every turnover to the standard owners and guests were paying for.
Today he runs Job 42 full time, and that background is the whole point of this company. Most cleaning companies have never worked inside a 10,000 square foot home, and they learn what luxury requires through trial and error, at their clients' expense. Job 42 started with that knowledge on day one.
